Foam Roofing
The polyurethane foam is the best roofing
system for flat roofs. Foam is sprayed on which
results in a seamless layer of protection over
your home, office, or commercial building.
Foam roofing systems pay for themselves with
an insulation value of R-7.14 per inch of
thickness, which translates into money savings
in heating and cooling costs.
Foam roofs are usually done with 5, or 10 year coating warranty.
A 5 year warranty should be applied at 3 gallons per 100 sq. ft.
A 10 year warranty should be applied at 4.5 gallons per 100 sq. ft.
When properly maintained, your foam roof will give you years and
years of service.
Maintenance on a urethane roof system -

1. A roof should be checked every year to make sure that
roof drains are working properly and that no debris is
blocking water flow.

2. Where dirt has settled in low areas, dirt should be
removed by either pressure washing or with a garden hose
and a broom

3. Any holes should be filled with a good quality latex
acrylic caulking.
