To RenCo roofing: Just wanted to send a note of thanks with our final payment. Thank you for being such a wonderful company. Each and every one of you were kind and considerate when helping us through our ordeal with our solar mishap. It is very nice to know that yes, there are some WONDERFUL businesses out there that have high standards with their company. We greatly appreciate working with you and look forward to seeing you again when it is time to recoat our roof. Thanks again!

Steps to follow in hiring any Contractor
Ensure the contractor is licensed, bonded, and insured.
**Always make sure the contractor is insured for the type of work they are doing. Often times
contractors are underinsured to perform work on HOA's, Apartment Buildings, etc.
Get at least three detailed, written bids. Remember, the pricing may be commensurate with quality.
Ask for references
When planning your project, ask what problems can occur
and how they will be handled.
Get a written contract and understand
all of the terms of the contract before signing.
Though a deposit may be required, do not pay for a
job in full before work has started.
Put all changes in writing.
Keep apprised of ongoing work.
