This letter is long overdue, but I always think of RenCo when it rains. I re-did my roof and skylights last year. RenCo, LLC installed a new foam roof on my condominium. The condo is almost 40 yrs. old and the flat roof was 'bumpy'. RenCo did a fabulous job of smoothing out that roof structure. On one section, water ponds originally covered over 60% of the area, now most of those ponds are eliminated and the water flows off easily. What a wonderful surprise it was when I saw that RenCo was willing to go that extra mile by performing work not required of them under our contract. Lon and Bob, devoted, bright and responsible, always made themselves available by promptly returning phone calls, and with faultless professionalism patiently answered my many questions.
